Football coach at Footkart EFKA, developing Under-11s through weekly technical and tactical training.
PortugalWhat I'm looking for
At Footkart EFKA, I coached the Under-11s in the 2024/2025 season, planning weekly sessions focused on technical and tactical development. I also guided the team in official matches and communicated with parents and athletes.
As an Assistant Coach with União Futebol Clube de Almeirim’s Juniors in the 2024/2025 season, I supported the preparation, delivery, and analysis of training sessions and matches. I also contributed to player observation and individual feedback.
In my current role as a Physical Exercise Instructor at André Cotovio Fitness and Health Coach, I plan and conduct group classes and individual sessions. Personalised training plans have helped optimise individual performance and increase customer retention.
