I started at 21 by opening a creative studio in northeastern Brazil and have since delivered more than 100 projects across eight countries.
Through Acase, I lead organizational diagnosis, repositioning and narrative building for SMEs, working with brands including Natura, Itaú, Vivo and Rock in Rio. I apply design thinking at the executive decision-making layer to identify what is holding a system back and build the narrative for change.
I've led companies in Brazil and Spain as CEO, Country Manager, Managing Partner and DEO, spanning AI software, public-management data analytics, tennis, communication and marketing. I work where strategy, design and business building meet, following what makes sense rather than a linear path.
