Radwa Emam

I’m a Certified Trainer with experience designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for healthcare professionals and postgraduate students. I focus on adult learning principles, facilitator-led training, and learner-centered instructional approaches to help participants truly understand and apply complex medical and scientific concepts.

Since October 2023, I’ve worked as a Freelance Instructor & Certified Trainer (Self-Employed / AUC-Affiliated), delivering learning sessions across bachelor’s and master’s students in healthcare disciplines. I develop educational presentations, assessments, and learning materials, and I use case-based learning and interactive discussions to strengthen learner engagement and knowledge retention.

From October 2021 to September 2023, I led and coached a multidisciplinary pharmacy team as Branch Manager – Outpatient Pharmacy at Abdeen Chain Pharmacies. I designed onboarding and mentoring plans, trained and evaluated more than 50 trainee pharmacists, and provided performance coaching and continuous feedback—while improving workflow efficiency through staff development and process optimization.

Earlier, as Infection Control Head for the North of Giza Area with the Health Affairs Directorate, I oversaw infection control protocols across 7 medical centers and trained multidisciplinary healthcare staff on infection prevention standards and Ministry of Health guidelines. I’m driven by performance improvement and continuous learning, and I bring this same practical, evidence-informed mindset to every curriculum delivery, workshop, and training engagement.
