I am an aspiring software tester with a solid foundation in both manual and automation testing. My journey in software quality assurance has been driven by my analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, which I am eager to apply in a professional setting. Currently, I am pursuing the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) v4.0, further enhancing my expertise in this field.

My professional experience includes roles in customer care and client operations, where I honed my communication skills and ability to manage complex inquiries. I have successfully managed numerous inbound calls, provided education on health care benefits, and supported clients with technical inquiries. My background in customer service has equipped me with the skills to understand user needs and ensure satisfaction, which I believe is crucial in software testing.
