Rachel Ramlochan

I am a registered nurse with multi-unit clinical experience across acute care, orthopedics, emergency/trauma, med-tele, surgical/oculoplastics, and home health. I hold certifications including Basic Life Support (CPR), PALS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, CPI, and NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician.

I have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN), active RN licensure (multistate and New York-specific), and a BSN in progress with expected completion in 09/2025. In practice I provide and coordinate patient care, perform IV starts and infusion therapy, ECGs and dysrhythmia interpretation, phlebotomy, wound care, blood transfusions, nasogastric and endotracheal management, and perioperative/oculoplastic care.

I am bilingual (Spanish & English), adaptable under pressure, and committed to patient education, safety, and collaborative team dynamics. I seek to apply my clinical skills, leadership, and strong time-management to contribute reliably to a high-quality care environment.
