What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a part-time, fully remote sales administration or support role where I can maintain accurate CRM records, support lead tracking and reporting, assist customers by phone and email, and contribute reliably within flexible working hours.

At SkyLux Travels, I maintain Salesforce and HubSpot records, track around 70 inbound leads weekly, and process customer orders and requests by phone and email.

I've also supported sales tracking at Pacific Oceanic Marine, where I managed around 50 leads per week and closed about 15 sales at a 60% close rate. My background in administration and media communication strengthens my record keeping, reporting, customer service, and remote sales support.
