What I'm looking for

Seeking a data analyst or bioinformatics role applying Python, R, SQL, and programming skills to drive business decisions. I value clear communication and growth within data-driven teams. Open to relocation or remote work, with strong interest in biotech, life sciences, and analytics roles that deliver measurable business impact.

I’m a bioinformatics graduate and applied AI/ML practitioner with hands-on machine learning data experience, grounded in a research background in statistical modeling and scientific publication. I enjoy turning messy, real-world datasets into reliable signals—whether that’s sensor data quality for downstream model performance or ecological data that supports hypothesis-driven conclusions.

In my current role as a Data Labeler, I support autonomous driving machine learning by labeling and validating large-scale sensor datasets, identifying complex edge cases like occlusions, unusual road layouts, and weather effects. I balance high labeling throughput with strict accuracy and consistency requirements while keeping pace with evolving project guidelines.

Before that, I worked as a Research Assistant on Antarctica soil microbial and invertebrate populations, where I prepared and cleaned extensive ecological datasets using R and Excel, ran exploratory data analysis, and applied statistical models to identify environmental predictors. I’m also drawn to mission-driven work: I founded No Small Voice, creating surveys and educational materials to improve insurance access for individuals with type one diabetes, and I’ve taught coding through Girls Who Code by building an accessible curriculum for beginners.
