At Tenet Bank, I played an integral role in the bank’s pre-launch setup, architecting foundational end-to-end testing frameworks and establishing operational processes.

I worked with the CTO, Lead Product Manager, and Lead Developer to align delivery timelines with corporate goals and regulatory launch requirements. I also supported the migration of development and validation workflows toward AI-assisted tools, including Cursor and GitHub.

At TD Bank, I coordinated cross-functional teams as a technical Segment Lead for enterprise banking platforms. I designed a centralized knowledge repository to map system dependencies and help prevent knowledge loss during platform updates.

I also designed and executed platform stress tests and workload simulations using JMeter and LoadRunner. I hold a Bachelor of Computing (Honours) from Queen's University and a Google Project Management Professional Certificate.
