At Equity Packaging Inc, I work as a Packaging Development Engineer and support General Mills as a Product & Packaging R&D Specification Specialist for the EUAU and GEMS regions. I create and maintain product and packaging specifications for General Mills brands.
I manage product and packaging data and documentation, and work with R&D scientists to maintain formulation data. I also coordinate with suppliers to ensure specification information is supplied accurately and promptly.
For this work, I led a team of 10 packaging professionals and trained new team members on General Mills software, including GPLM-BOBJ, R&D SUITE, INTERSPEC, MATERIAL TOOLBOX, and TOPS. I also supported data simplification, standardization, and digitization.
Previously, at Reckitt Benckiser, I maintained European packaging specifications using PLM software and worked on an EPR project to gather accurate packaging data. At Glint Cosmetics Pvt Ltd, I managed packaging procurement and development, vendor coordination, and packaging material testing.
