At Tide, I partner with the German country team to turn product, operational, and funnel data into decisions across product and operations. I build Looker and BigQuery reporting that gives stakeholders a holistic view of member behaviour, product adoption, and business performance.

I analyse member journeys, activation flows, and product funnels to identify where customers drop off. My deep dive into Sole Trader IBAN activation identified proof-of-existence document upload as the primary blocker for most stuck members, while my web login-funnel work corrected single-page-app measurement issues and produced a reliable login-success metric for leadership.

I also own weekly and monthly performance reporting, KPI monitoring, forecasting, reforecasting, root-cause investigations, and measurement frameworks for new features and processes.

Previously at Ericsson, I managed incident-management KPIs across 83 regions, analysed performance trends, and supported incident-volume forecasting. My earlier software development internship gave me hands-on experience with SQL, Java, API testing, and client requirements, alongside data science projects in predictive modelling and deep learning.
