What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to transition into Executive Director to lead agency excellence—protecting the public through statutory integrity, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and reliable fiscal and systems management.

I’m a tenacious and analytical public administrator with over 16 years of dedicated service to the Kentucky Board of Architects. I bring hands-on agency operations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory compliance to protect the public and keep the Board running smoothly.

I serve as a primary liaison for professional licensees, managing licensure workflows, renewals, and complaint intake for over 2,000 professionals. I interpret KRS 323 and 201 KAR Chapter 19 and translate that into accurate regulatory administration, including meticulous file maintenance and legally sufficient documentation before escalation.

I’m trusted with fiscal and budget administration, including the biennial budget process and ongoing expenditure monitoring to identify cost-saving operational improvements. I manage complex financial systems such as eMARS and NIC Payment Engine (Tyler Technologies) to support revenue coding, cash receipts, and payment processing for accurate fiscal forecasting.

I also strengthen operational continuity and technical strategy—directing agency database and website maintenance and coordinating with the Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) to keep infrastructure secure and within budget. I’m now seeking to transition this institutional knowledge and systems mastery into the role of Executive Director to ensure continued operational excellence, statutory integrity, and public protection.
