My experience includes building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and domain-specific chatbots by fine-tuning large language models (LLMs). I focus on evaluation, optimization, and aligning model outputs to specific use cases, delivering impactful, data-driven solutions in both research and production environments.

At Nepal Clearing House Limited, I designed an internal RAG system that improved decision support workflows and developed an intelligent chatbot for the Digital Mobile Banking System.
