In my current role as Assistant Manager- Scientific Publications | Information Technology Services, I act as a primary contact for authors, reviewers, and editorial teams. I manage high volumes of confidential documentation, verify ethical committee approvals and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate records while monitoring manuscript progress with strict deadlines.

Previously, as a Microbiologist & Embryologist at Sindh Institute of Reproductive Medicine (SIRM), I supported patient care through diagnostic laboratory procedures and fertility procedures, including IVF, OPU, TESA and PESA, while assisting physicians during clinical workflows. I also performed semen analysis and IUI procedures, guided patients on nutrition and weight management for IVF, and ensured smooth clinical operations with a strong patient-centered approach.
