At Aliando (previously Henson Group), I manage Azure virtual machines, networking, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting as an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer.
I use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, Azure Automation, Runbooks, PowerShell, and Python to detect issues proactively and automate CloudOps tasks. I also work with VNets, NSGs, routing, VPN connections, Azure AD, and resource hygiene.
Previously, I launched and optimized a salon website that increased online presence by 35%, and built Machine Guard for real-time machine health monitoring and predictive maintenance. My cybersecurity research compared anomaly-detection models, with Decision Trees reaching 81.9% accuracy.
