What I'm looking for
I've provided child welfare case management across Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services, Youth & Family Alternatives, and Camelot Community Care, supporting children and families through dependency, adoption, reunification, and permanency planning.
In my current Case Manager role, I assess needs, develop and monitor case plans, coordinate services, advocate for children and caregivers, and work closely with therapists, foster parents, guardians ad litem, community agencies, attorneys, DCF, and the court system.
At Youth & Family Alternatives, I managed a caseload of more than 20 children through reunification while mentoring new team members, covering court hearings and staff meetings, and helping troubleshoot team issues. I was a three-time incentive bonus recipient for reunification outcomes and low re-entry rates.
I've also supported youth development at MacDill AFB Child Development Center and bring administrative experience, strong records management, court documentation, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a focus on safe, stable placements for children and families.
