I am a detail-oriented Mass Communication graduate with hands-on experience in administrative support, customer service, and media operations. I bring strong written and verbal communication skills, discretion when handling sensitive information, and a reliable, professional work ethic.

In my role as Principal's Personal Assistant during NYSC, I managed calendars, maintained records, coordinated meetings, and supported event planning while preserving confidentiality. As a Customer Service Representative, I handled multichannel inquiries, built customer relationships, and contributed to retention through needs-based recommendations.

During my internship at Lagos Television (LTV), I assisted with research, script review, content development, social media captioning, and selecting video clips for online platforms. These experiences strengthened my editing, proofreading, and content-support abilities.
