At Clear Lakes Dental, I designed and built a two-way Twilio SMS platform in TypeScript and Postgres for a 9-location dental practice group. It supported more than 40 message types with per-message delivery tracking.
I also built an LLM-powered hiring platform that grades resumes and AI phone-screening calls. More than half of the candidates it advanced met HR’s bar in in-person interviews.
To guide staff through live clinical workflows, I built a real-time task-guidance layer that advanced automatically from real data changes across 17 workflow modules. I also cut a staffing-data refresh from about 30 seconds to under 2 seconds by replacing about 75 sequential queries with 6 bulk upserts.
Earlier, at Suzhou Heyue Information Technology Co., Ltd., I developed HR analytics dashboards and RESTful APIs for workforce data and attendance analysis. My projects include event-driven microservices, a RAG-powered music recommendation system, and Spring Boot services deployed on AWS.
