At Clikon Technologies Pvt Ltd, I work on Optimizer, an IT helpdesk platform that tracks user requests and assigns them to IT members against defined SLAs.
I contribute to the end-to-end QA process, including test scenarios, regression and compatibility testing, smoke testing, and test report documentation. I also prepare test cases from functional documents and perform UI testing.
On CREDIT SOLUTIONS HUB, an online platform for financial products and services, I performed manual and automation testing for web application modules using TestNG and the Page Object Model.
My testing experience includes web, mobile, client/server, and API testing. I’ve used Selenium WebDriver with Java and Playwright with JavaScript, as well as Postman for API testing.
