I've supported village planning, implementation, and development monitoring through Indonesia's P3MD Program at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration from 2016 to 2025. I coordinate village fund administration, reporting, inter-village partnerships, Village Information System activities, and SDGs Desa implementation at the subdistrict level.
Earlier, I facilitated community empowerment programs with BPM Bangdes, taught at Singapore Education School Riau, and managed administration and documentation at PT Prima Jaya Lavalin Riau. I also mentor local village facilitators and KPMD cadres while helping village governments strengthen sustainable development practices.
