What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver automotive NPD and product-launch programs where I can lead cross-functional teams, strengthen supplier performance, improve cost and quality, and grow in project and program management.

At Pragvera Consultants, I deliver automotive new product development programs for structural castings, EV drivetrain components, and aftermarket products from concept through production. I've achieved 100% on-time milestone delivery, zero customer rejections during PPAP approval, and 45% procurement cost savings through strategic sourcing.

I coordinate Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and supplier teams to improve schedule adherence, production readiness, and product launches. My work spans APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, engineering change management, supplier qualification, RFQ/RFP management, and Stage Gate governance.

I've also led Formula SAE race-car development as Vice-Captain of Team Adrenaline Racing and built projects in agricultural automation and CFD-based engine analysis. I'm pursuing CAPM certification and bring practical manufacturing experience from CNC operations.
