In my current role at Atain (I GT Solutions), I handle requirements and delivery for a business intelligence platform for an international aviation regulatory authority. I delivered an AI-based platform on schedule by owning the product roadmap and aligning delivery KPIs to execution.

I improve delivery quality by converting requirements into user stories and BRDs to reduce sign-off cycles and boost approval velocity. I also strengthen team execution through backlog refinement, standups, structured sprint demonstrations, and prioritising client feedback with escalation of impactful requests.

Earlier, I grew client base by 4% through outreach and onboarding programmes at Lacozy Enterprises, and I enhanced motor reliability by 3.8% by overhauling repair and testing workflows at Electro Buildtech. I bring this same execution mindset to stakeholder alignment, customer journey mapping, and project delivery management.
