At Dailoqa, I led an Addepar implementation for a US single-family office, moving historical data into the platform and correcting tax-lot and realized-gain errors so capital gains reports were accurate.
For Saltus, I worked as a Business Analyst on an AI-enabled insurance underwriting workflow, mapping processes and data flows and defining requirements across the policy lifecycle. I also built onboarding, advisory, and file-checking modules for FileCheck on the Broccoli platform; report time fell from up to seven days to under 20 minutes.
At Investment Software Group, I led fit-gap analysis for IMiX and wrote functional requirements and transaction rules for wealth operations, including ISA, SIPP, and GIA accounts. I also wrote UAT scenarios, validated settlement logic and relational data with SQL, and coordinated release sign-off.
Earlier, at Builder.ai and Ameriprise Financial Services, I worked on investment order management, trade lifecycle, pension servicing, and insurance underwriting systems. My work included documenting business rules and requirements, investigating settlement data with SQL, and supporting UAT and production readiness.
