Before that, at SoftwareOne, I worked in an Agile (Scrum) environment to ship end-to-end backend features with 99.9% service uptime and supported horizontally scalable backend services across 3+ cloud regions with automated failover & self-healing. I also developed a private LLM system using vector databases and RAG pipelines over 50+ GB of internal data, and earlier contributed to JIO Platforms Limited’s telecom backend components using Python and MySQL, including QUIC protocol-based secure communication.
