At Visa, I modernize payment processing and client interface systems by architecting enterprise UI automation with Playwright MCP, Claude Code, and Agentic AI. I build reusable automation components, validate Gateway Services, and provide code-level production support to strengthen release confidence.
Previously at Visa, I designed test strategies for Gateway Services and VisaNet monitoring, expanding automated coverage with Jenkins, Cucumber, and Selenium while improving defect resolution across engineering teams.

Designed and executed comprehensive test strategies for Gateway Services and the Vital Signs Monitoring tool, ensuring reliable and scalable transaction processing across VisaNet. Built and enhanced automated test frameworks using Jenkins, Cucumber, and Selenium to expand automated coverage and reduce manual regression effort.
Analyzed client needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility, developing proof of concepts and prototypes. Integrated Struts application into Spring Framework using Spring annotations and MVC architecture, and improved performance by building new microservices with REST APIs and Spring Boot.
