At Nagarro, I lead architecture for a Snowflake-based field payroll platform, building ETL, validation, observability, compliance, and notification workflows that support payroll processing and operational reporting. I designed a 48-rule metadata-driven validation engine, an immutable event-sourcing model, and remediation for a production data-integrity incident resolved within hours.

Serving as technical lead for a Snowflake-based payroll platform, owning architecture decisions across ingestion, validation, and observability layers. Directed the design of a near-real-time notification pipeline and led forensic incident investigations.
Designed and developed Apache Airflow pipelines to ingest and flatten semi-structured JSON data into Snowflake, with data enrichment via stored procedures. Built configurable, dynamically scheduled pipelines supporting multiple source systems.
