What I'm looking for

I want to stay current with Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, and software updates; implement device compliance policies; and help maintain secure, efficient IT operations. I’m also interested in explaining technical issues clearly to end users and maintaining software license records.

At TCS Ltd, I administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance enforcement. I also implement MDM/MAM policies and manage Windows Autopilot deployments.

I configure Conditional Access policies and resolve device compliance issues to help keep devices aligned with organizational security baselines. I provide employees with guidance on secure use of IT systems and applications.

Previously, as a Desktop Support Engineer at Wipro IT Technologies, I supported end users with hardware, software, network, and DNS issues. I received Best Performer awards for FY 2022 and FY 2023, and recommended and implemented software configurations that improved system response time.
