What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and client requirement analysis.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Tillvaxthrs Solutions in Chennai, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates against client requirements.

I coordinate interviews and onboarding while working closely with clients on requirement analysis.

Previously, at Newchecks Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, I worked on recruitment for the PAYTM project and supported candidates through onboarding.

I use Naukri, Jobhive, Work India, and OLX for candidate sourcing, supported by SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
