At TMTL – Eicher Engines, I support the in-house MES for the DEUTZ engine project. My work includes routing setup, changeovers, and new-product implementation.

I support MES processes across engine assembly, the engine test bed, paint shop, traceability, WMS, and dispatch. I also coordinate with vendors and internal teams on issues, requirements, and system changes.

At R Systems International, I provided L2/L3 support for PanaCIM MES, including its Material Control and Traceability modules. I supported MES–ERP data flow for BOMs, routings, and work orders, and handled database and server support.

At Panasonic Life Solutions, I supported PanaCIM MES implementations and SMT equipment integration. I also contributed to Lean Manufacturing initiatives, time studies, and production analytics.
