I've built production-scale ML and GenAI systems for Dell, Genworth, Nestlé, Royal Mail, and Sainsbury, spanning recommendation engines, RAG, agentic AI, pricing optimization, and fraud detection.

At Aligned Automation, I architected Dell's Offer Recommendation Engine, using distributed PySpark pipelines to process billions of customer and transaction records. I also developed Dell's Next Best Action platform, increasing recommendation acceptance from 65% to 88% while reducing inference latency and LLM call volume.

Previously at Genpact, I built an LLM-powered insurance claim intelligence platform using Python, GCP, and Mistral 7B, and developed pricing and packaging scenario simulations for Nestlé. At Tech Mahindra, I delivered fraud detection analytics for Royal Mail that reduced revenue leakage by 6.2% and real-time Tableau reporting for Sainsbury.

I bring hands-on experience across LLM engineering, RAG, multi-agent systems, MLOps, cloud deployment, and scalable data platforms. I enjoy turning complex enterprise data into AI products that improve decisions and measurable business outcomes.
