In my Medical Virtual Assistant work, I support patient administration by organising appointment requests, calendars, patient messages, and follow-up tasks.

I assist with patient intake and update information in electronic health records or practice-management systems, following established workflows and checking records for accuracy.

My clinical experience as a Registered Nurse / Midwife at NNRH, LECC, and EHL included nursing and midwifery care, accurate documentation, and communicating relevant patient information to the appropriate clinical team members.

I bring that clinical understanding to remote healthcare administration, where I help track referrals and outstanding requests, handle patient information discreetly, and route clinical questions to clinicians.
