I am looking for a role where I can lead payments product partnerships and strategy, drive commercial growth, influence policy alignment, and scale financial inclusion within an innovative, collaborative fintech or payments organization.

I am a results-driven fintech and payments leader with 4+ years of experience building B2B integrations, remittance partnerships, and payment optimization across West Africa. I combine commercial insight with data-driven analysis to deliver sustainable transaction growth and partner profitability.

At Pavex Technologies I led development of a digital savings and payments platform, partnered with nine financial institutions, and processed over GHS 4.6 million in transactions in five months while improving reconciliation and liquidity planning. As Research and Engagement Manager at the Ghana Fintech and Payments Association, I expanded membership from 4 to 82 institutions and co-led policy and interoperability initiatives with regulators.

I specialize in FX and cross-border payments, pricing and commercial negotiation, payment routing, and stakeholder engagement, and I bring experience in designing data frameworks, CRM management, and regulatory-aligned product delivery to drive financial inclusion and ecosystem growth.
