At Hubtel, I own merchant collections products across POS, USSD, checkout, mobile POS, and API channels processing GHS 100M+ monthly. I took a POS SDK from concept to launch and led onboarding flows across six bank partners to reduce friction and improve activation.
I use merchant discovery, transaction data, and tools including Metabase and Power BI to identify payment and onboarding drop-offs, turn findings into roadmap priorities, and improve conversion. I also write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while partnering closely with engineering, design, and merchant operations.
