What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead FP&A, financial control, and strategic finance in a multi-business environment where I can partner with leadership, strengthen planning and reporting frameworks, improve EBITDA and working capital, and build scalable finance teams and controls.

I'm currently leading multi-entity FP&A and finance control at Bhumika Group across mall assets, hotels, and PPP projects. I architected the FY 2026–27 AOP across 48+ active brands, built Bull/Base/Bear scenarios, and own consolidated P&L, rolling forecasts, dashboards, CAPEX evaluation, and board-ready reporting.

Previously, I built the finance function from scratch at Agam Skills and Consulting, managed financial control for a ₹140+ Cr hospital at Manipal Hospitals, and owned business planning, forecasts, MIS, P&L, cash flow, and variance reporting at Peters Surgical India. My work spans real estate, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, infrastructure, and multinational finance environments.

I partner closely with MDs, CFOs, auditors, and operational leaders to improve EBITDA, strengthen controls, manage working capital, and turn financial data into practical decisions.
