What I'm looking for

I am seeking an FP&A role where I can lead budgeting/forecasting, partner with operations, improve reporting processes, mentor teams, and drive actionable cost and performance improvements.

I am an FP&A professional with over 10 years of experience across Manufacturing, FMCG, and Infrastructure, focused on forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. I specialize in site-level P&L, fixed-cost analysis, and operational KPI-driven decision support.

I have led AOP development and monthly forecasts, improving accuracy and reducing budget deviations through analytical insights and stakeholder collaboration. I routinely prepare management dashboards, SMT and investor MIS using SAP, BW, FCCS, and advanced Excel tools.

My roles have included mentoring junior analysts, driving month-end process improvements, and implementing reporting solutions that streamline financial close and compliance. I have supported investor due diligence, internal audits, and financial consulting engagements for NBFCs, microfinance and private companies.
