What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an internship in food, beverage, quality, production, laboratory analysis, or R&D where I can apply laboratory knowledge, analytical skills, and scientific problem-solving while learning from an industry team.

I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Biochemical studies at SHUATS, building a foundation in biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, and laboratory methods.

During an industrial alcohol manufacturing internship at BDBL in Arrah, I observed production workflows, process monitoring, quality-related practices, documentation, and industrial safety.

At Banaras Hindu University's Department of Clinical Biochemistry, I gained supervised exposure to biochemical analysis and clinical samples. I strengthened my understanding of sample handling, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, and Western blotting.

I bring laboratory skills in spectrophotometry, centrifugation, microscopy, chromatography fundamentals, and basic data analysis with Python. I'm interested in food and beverage, quality, production, analytical laboratory, and R&D environments.
