At Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs, I built customer contract and SIM management journeys serving European NatCos, and developed an agentic analytics system that predicts churn risk, analyzes root causes with LLMs, and recommends retention offers.

I also migrated legacy billing and payment services to event-driven microservices, reducing latency and improving throughput. Earlier, I built Java and C++ VoIP and IMS calling features for LG mobile devices, including VoLTE/VoWiFi services for 15 telecom operators.
