I've led product delivery for Memorae AI, Wood Mackenzie, and Morningstar, turning behavioral data and customer needs into software improvements that grow adoption.
At Memorae AI, I reduced onboarding abandonment from 30% to approximately 18% through an email-based OTP experiment, shipped task and list sharing that added roughly 500 weekly active users, and improved list-view adoption by 10%. I also built an automated Jira–Confluence decision log to preserve experiment hypotheses, learnings, and outcomes.
Previously at Morningstar, I delivered a zero-to-one research workspace that enabled at least 250 new users, launched risk profiling that increased revenue by US$50 per user per month, and streamlined advisor workflows to save about one minute per execution.
