What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute research, economic analysis, logistics digitisation knowledge, teaching experience, and customer insights in a role that supports meaningful products, evidence-based decisions, and professional growth.

I'm currently a Customer Advocacy Generalist at Dexcom Lithuania, where I analyze and categorize complaints, report findings to relevant teams, and represent customer needs in product, marketing, and service improvement efforts.

My research examines technology integration in logistics, business-process digitization in developing economies, and quantitative economic analysis. I've published conference proceedings and journal articles on logistics digitisation, startup activity in rural Cameroon, immigration in Lithuania, and tax administration, alongside economics textbooks.

I've also taught Economics, Financial Mathematics, English, and introductory French across secondary, tertiary, and online learning environments, while coordinating HND academic processes and supervising student internships and defenses.
