I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Digital Customer & Data analytics for banking clients, currently supporting Barclays at Capgemini Technology Services India Limited. I analyze customer digital journey data to understand behavior, engagement, and service performance, while ensuring high data quality through cleaning, validation, and transformation.

I build MIS, KPI, and performance reports for digital channels and customer metrics, and develop dashboards using Excel/SQL/Power BI to deliver actionable insights. I collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, and I support issue analysis, data reconciliation, and root cause identification for data discrepancies—within Barclays data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Previously, I worked as an Analyst in Dairy Economics and Business Management, where I handled data collection, cleaning, and analysis, including econometric analysis. I also develop practical projects like an HR Analytics Dashboard (attrition trends) and a real-time face mask detection system using Python, CNNs, and OpenCV, reflecting my passion for data-driven problem solving and data visualization.
