I progressed from Purchase Executive to Procurement Head and maintained zero compliance escalations across the P2P cycle.
At Mukund Group of Companies (Rita Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd.), I planned and executed a 3 lakh sq. ft. semi-automated steel warehouse CapEx project, including a private railway siding. My procurement work spans direct and indirect purchasing, IT and SaaS sourcing, spend analysis, and cost control; I’m also exploring AI tools to automate procurement workflows.
