At WIA Systems Inc., I support IFS Cloud managed services customers across Oracle 19c, Linux, Windows Server and Kubernetes. I trace incidents to their causes, including an Oracle Edition-Based Redefinition issue that affected audit reporting.
I automated Oracle RMAN restores across ASM and non-ASM environments with shell scripts, and maintained databases through patching and AWR/ASH performance tuning.
For IFS Cloud customer environments, I deployed a Kibana error-monitoring dashboard and built Grafana panels for live pod health visibility. I also designed an Azure Site Recovery disaster recovery runbook.
As an intern at WIA Systems, I resolved Jira support tickets and built an hourly Kubernetes pod status email report in PowerShell. My final-year project was an ML-based indoor visible light positioning model using Python and an ESP32-based data acquisition setup.
