At Novartis, I lead the PLM specifications data workstream within the LDC program, coordinating readiness, quality, and stakeholder alignment across releases and manufacturing sites.
I coordinated migration across 4 releases and 9 NTO manufacturing sites, from readiness assessment and validation through deployment support and closure. The work enabled the creation of 30,000+ specifications and assignment of 70,000+ materials.
Previously, I managed master data ownership and change activities at Novartis, including supporting Project ORBIT’s business separation and coordinating Project CORE’s transfer of master data management and governance activities. I use Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and PLM in an S/4 environment.
