I’m a GenAI/AI Engineer who designs LLM applications with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM-based evaluation systems. At Capgemini, I built a GenAI-powered Knowledge Article Validator that automatically validates and scores ServiceNow knowledge articles, using a four-layer architecture with document ingestion, RAG-based AI validation, scoring/classification, and reporting.

I also engineered an independent self-correcting RAG pipeline in LangGraph, adding document relevance grading, hallucination detection, and answer-quality grading on top of retrieval-generation. Alongside this, I strengthen the systems with automated query-rewrite and retry logic, plus dashboards that generate quality scores, validation reports, and improvement recommendations; I’m backed by a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Azure certifications (AI-900, AZ-900, AZ-204).
