At GirlScript Summer of Code (GSSOC), I cleaned and analyzed datasets with 100,000+ entries using Python, Pandas, and NumPy. I also created interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards to help surface metrics and trends.
On my Workforce Analytics project, I developed an ETL pipeline across HR datasets of 5,000+ records and used statistical analysis to examine employee turnover and retention drivers. I created Tableau dashboards for headcount trends, demographics, and attrition forecasts.
I’m studying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at IIMT University. Through SQL-GPT, I engineered a natural language-to-SQL pipeline with syntax validation and iterative error correction, and I currently organize technical workshops as an Organizer / Technical Lead with Google Developer Groups On Campus (GDG On Campus) & MLSA.
