I’m a results-driven Salesforce Technical Consultant focused on translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. I specialize in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a strong emphasis on technical architecture, integration, and stakeholder management to drive digital transformation and measurable outcomes.

Since Feb 2021, I’ve led Salesforce development teams delivering GTM and new offer launch capabilities for Workday, including automation, integrations, and reporting. I owned technical design, early R&D, and performance optimization across multi-cloud environments, while reviewing code, resolving bottlenecks, coordinating releases with DevOps, and leading launch readiness and post-launch stabilization.

Previously, I led Salesforce architecture and development activities by establishing technical guidelines, reviewing designs, and mentoring teams (Jun 2019–Feb 2021), and I progressed through Lead Developer and Senior/Associate Developer roles from 2012 onward. Across these experiences, I implemented solutions like Community (Aura Components), custom Case Routing using ranking logic and availability signals, and Self Service Tenant Purchase workflows (agreement generation and order forms), while enforcing platform best practices and high-quality release delivery through testing and debugging.
