At Docxster, I own infrastructure, CI/CD, releases, production operations, and security controls for a document automation platform sold to US enterprises. I moved production from AWS ap-south-1 to us-east-2 and rebuilt it across multiple availability zones with OpenTofu.
I made deployments health-gated and zero-downtime, moved Redis to ElastiCache, and built an observability stack with Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Grafana, and Alloy. I also run readiness work for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDPA, and built a Git-based process for collecting compliance evidence.
Alongside platform work, I write backend services and integrations. I authored 13 integration modules for a catalogue of about 400, including TallyPrime’s undocumented XML API and 31 Customs City actions with five webhook triggers.
I also built a secret service and an internal admin panel, and improved CI so the full integration suite runs consistently. I’m self-taught, with no degree, and work across Go, TypeScript, Python, Rust, and C.
