I’m a Salesforce CPQ Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience across Salesforce platform administration and CPQ configuration, delivering business process automation in verticals like legal services, cybersecurity, and waste management. I bring deep CPQ expertise in product catalogs, Price Books, discount schedules, validation/product rules, and quote templates to keep configurations accurate end-to-end.

I’ve led end-to-end administration for multiple enterprise clients—owning user setup, security model design (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, OWDs), and legacy Process Builder/Workflow migrations to Salesforce Flow.
