At Tech Mahindra, I own end-to-end transformation across internal business functions, from opportunity identification and business-case development through pilots, scale-up, and change management. I've identified AI and automation opportunities projected to deliver approximately $500K in annual savings.

I also led post-merger integration governance for two acquired entities spanning approximately 10,000 employees and $30M in combined annual revenue, aligning milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting across business and technology teams.

Previously at SELCO Foundation, I progressed from Program Manager to Senior Program Manager and built multi-million-dollar portfolios across India and Africa. I led global programs targeting impact for more than one million people, developed a roughly $5M project portfolio, established country teams, and advanced partnerships in Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, DRC, and Tanzania.

My work combines program governance, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and practical execution—from COVID-19 response programs and public-health infrastructure to decentralized renewable-energy businesses, education, livelihoods, and institutionalisation initiatives.
