At Privacera, I designed and maintained a multi-environment AWS Infrastructure as Code platform by modularizing networking (VPC, Route53, ACM), compute (EKS), and data layers (RDS, ElastiCache/Redis, OpenSearch, S3). I implemented GitLab CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes-based runners to standardize validate/plan/apply workflows and manual approvals, reducing provisioning time by 30% and improving deployment safety across dev, stage, and prod.

I’ve driven cost and release improvements through automation: I reduced AWS EFS costs by 90% using AWS Lambda-based automatic throughput scaling. I also built a Python-based deployment promotion system to sync container images across AWS environments, automating cross-account ECR image promotion via STS assume-role and cutting manual release promotion time by ~40% while integrating CI/CD to generate Merge Requests and Jira updates.

On the reliability side, I support production operations with strong observability and incident management. Using Grafana and Datadog, I perform root cause analysis and collaborate with service owners to resolve and prevent 10+ incidents per month, while also maintaining Jenkins CI pipelines, troubleshooting Kubernetes agent/controller failures, and supporting stage/prod deployments for smoother release cycles.
