What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Analyst role in Corporate Finance, Transfer Pricing, or Financial Advisory, where I can apply my technical expertise in regulatory compliance and data-driven problem-solving to drive business value.

At Udyen Jain & Associates, I assisted with statutory audits, tax audits, and limited reviews, and prepared financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards.

I also participated in bank concurrent audits and contributed to the LFAR for SBI, reviewing loan documentation, NPA classification, cash operations, and internal controls.

For my MBA capstone project, I evaluated transfer pricing challenges faced by MSMEs, including arm's length price determination, documentation burdens, and double taxation risks. I applied the CUP, RPM, and CPM methods to inter-company transactions.

I conceptualized and developed an Excel- and logic-based Transfer Pricing Applicability & Evaluation Tool to streamline transaction scoping, assess threshold applicability, and support preliminary method selection.
